Life at a glance....

When you have lived 21 years of your life..... and are comfortable with a kewl job in hand..... and you look back.....
You had worked hard for 18 years in your 21 years to complete your education..... to get the degree of which your proud now..... to get the job which you have..... to get the reputation you now hold.....
------------
When you have lived 60 years of your life..... and are comfortable with a nice pension and a farm house..... and you look back.....
You had to work even harder to keep the job you earned..... you earned to live..... you earned to take care of your family..... to retire with a nice pension and a good farm house.....
-------------
But....
Have you ever felt that you have been reading to please your parents but have forgotten to say you love them.....
Have you ever realized you have been earning to live but have forgotten that your alive.....
Have you ever felt you have earned to take care of ur family but have forgotten to spend some time with them.....
Have you ever realized that you have fulfilled all the needs of your children but have forgotten to teach them the value of life.....
Have you ever realized that you have provided them with the best things money can buy but have forgotten to spend time with them.....
Have you ever realized that you have made your life mechanical.....
Have you ever realized that you have wasted 60 years of your life to enjoy the remaining 5 or 10 years of your life....

true......
you have visited movies...... you have visited clubs...... you have visited tourist spots.....
but did you realize
that you have never spent time to understand the feelings of your heart..... the feelings of your parents..... the feelings of your beloved..... the feelings of your children.....
that you were too busy either earning or spending to look into your dreams..... to look into your life..... to look into your memories.....
that you cared so much for your reputation in the society that you were not ready to come out of this mechanical life the society has set for you..... to come out and see your dreams come true..... to come out and risk being happy.....

All I would like to say is.....
Please don't take a life time to realize that you have wasted your life.....
Work to earn..... but don't forget to live.....
Read for your parents..... but remember to say you love them.....
Go to the movies with your beloved..... but don't forget to listen to your heart.....
Buy for your kids..... but remember nothing can replace your hug.....
Save for your future..... but don't forget nothing is more important than present.....

Hmmm... Well... Life at a glance...
Jyo.. this is just awesome... Early in the morning what a note to realise...

Jyo... You are a great writer for sure... This one in really true... It is just fact... People do all the hard work for all these years and by the time they look back at what they have done, they will just realise they wasted a life time just working hard for the cause of a good oldage... But they have missed a lot of cherishing and wonderful moments in lifetime...

One shoud never forget the reason fot his/her existance... THE PARENTS... Jyo... that was really a lovely note to read early in the morning... Its 100% true.. Ppl these days are leading a mechanical life... This should change and ppl should start thinking practicaly as well...

Well jyo... Keep posting your notes and that really helps the readers to realise certain imortant things in life...

:-)

Keep rocking
My wishes are always there for you...
All the best!!

hey..
m the one who wrote the blog- www.one-earth-one-home.blogspot.com .
God..u do a lot of bloggin..neway..thnks 4 leavin a comment on my blog..but i guess..i cudn understand ur comment clearly..
in ur comment- u mentioned that - "Man have to run so fast to live that he doesn't realize that someone fell down.... "..
its not that man have to run..he can choose to walk if he decides to..coz the survival of the fastest was initiated by man and we ourselves hav the power to destroy it.
its not chosen by nature that we have no control upon.

and secondly -"Life has become mechanical..."
life hasnt become mechanical itself.its we who made it mechanical.

and finally -"we can blame no one.... nor can we do anything.... "
we are not here to blame someone or neone for this. but we are here to think of a solution for this.
and ya..the solution to all these is thr in our hands.

Am just trying to say..that the power is right there in our hands..all that we need is learn to utilize it in the right way.
so lets not leave it to the wind..thinking no one can make this world better.
Instead lets 2gether try n change this world.
once again..thanku 4 ur comment.
if u wish- u can take a look at my other blog :- www.neo-n-life.blogspot.com .

(plz note:by writin this comment,i wasnt tryin to bring out ur faults. i was jus tryin to clarify myself and make myself more clear to u)

Worldian,
First of all thanks for the comment.... and I accept every word you say....

but what bothers me more is initiation....where to start.... and who will start...

and are we ready to come out of the norms set by ourselves to come out of this mechanical world.... i mean... how many of us are really ready to go against the existing norms to fulfill one's dream....

I think a lot sometimes.... I find a few answers but most of them leading to new questions.... I just donno.... sometimes I wonder what am I doing in this crowd....

bye,

Jyothi....

Hi jyothi garu,
first of all congrats for this beautifull work.
"Have you ever felt you have earned to take care of ur family but have forgotten to spend some time with them.........(in case of Child)Have you ever realized that you have provided them with the best things money can buy but have forgotten to spend time with them....." i hope this line would have been more better than it is......
the last sentence of ur article was really brilliant "Save for your future..... but don't forget nothing is more important than present....."
thanx for such a type of great effort. good work.
we all are waiting for much more beautifull articles. all the best jyothamma.

bye,
Praveen
